As I sit here holding onto memories of you..of us, it starts to rain and i think about how it used to be. Before her, before I became second best. Before you found someone new who may not be more important, but shes where I want to be...closer to you. I dislike her, she made you think less of me, shes trying to make you forget me...but you wont? I am happy for you, not because you found her but because you won't allow her to erase the part of you that is me. So im sitting here in the rain holding onto the memories of us.

Love is so rarely seen in its pure untouched from (the love here that i am referring to is the after breakup kind of hurt, the constant yearn for that one person to look at you again, the butterflies when that person looks at you, or that classical accidental meeting) so many of us are hurt or abused by love that it becomes tainted and are views on it changed. We are all touched by love ever minute of every day someone is always thinking of you (when you are not) worrying or wondering when they might see/hear from you again. I'm not here much anymore, as you might've noticed - or not, I don't know. Maybe you haven't. I get very little engagement here compared to how it used to be. It's a shame because I used to really love this community, and many of the folks I used to talk to have evaporated. I get basically no views on my art now, either, and I think that after 17 years, that's probably not a fantastic sign. Anyway - if any of you are interested in my art, or commissioning me, or even just chatting, I have a Discord server that's quite active and welcoming. I post my stuff there more than I do here (also can't pop any NSFW stuff here, I guess), and I also post things like works in progress and occasionally raffles when the brain cell cooperates. https://discord.gg/9bpPPT2 Anyway, I hope you've all been well. So again another photo dump. Some are from when I was going to the zoo In Winnipeg with a girlfriend, and others are from my trip to BC for my cousins beautiful wedding. And so it begins, my good friend and I are going to start a legit business selling synthetic dreads and dread falls as well as my hand made jewlery i'm hoping to get some pictures up soon to see how the response is our website will be launching as soon as it is finished and I will post it here. I shall try to update here soon with poems and pictures as soon as I have some extra spare time to get online and edit photos. I am also planning a trip to England hopefully I will be there for the end of Sept but its not looking to good.... I'm super excited to be there in the near-ish future. Love   Brittany
